Mr. John Marvin Chua handles and coordinates documentation, Statements of Account (SOA), client records, and other operational matters for the direct-selling properties under his handling. LKT provides the administrative, IT, communications, and records support necessary to assist him and the respective property owners in serving property buyers/clients.
He coordinates client concerns with the respective property owners or sellers. LKT assists with records, SOA coordination, email communications, collection coordination, development inquiries, and document concerns, routing requests to the appropriate teams. Properties may have different owners or sellers.
